I am a HUGE fan of Photobiz.com They have been an integral part of the growth of my business with their awesome web services.  I believe that, as a photographer, it is vitally important to have branding that really speaks volumes to your style of work, your personality and give off a totally polished look.   Anyone that knows me KNOWS that I ADORE my website.  I just love everything about it, it is very “me.”  And I owe a big kudos to Photobiz for helping me achieve that.  Their customer service is absolutely top-knotch.  Have a problem?  They will fix it.  Have a simple question?  They will be able to answer it.  Have a somewhat odd need or want?  They will find a way to accomodate you.

However, Photobiz has taken the photography industry to a whole new level with the launch of their awesome new Online Community. It is a great online resource for photographers that I am honored to be a part of.  Even the PPA (Professional Photographers of America) gave a shout out on their blog!  They are giving away a 42″ LCD Television today by a random drawing, so sign up!  You don’t have to be a member of photobiz or use their services to take advantage of this resource.

And, because I can’t blog without a picture, here is a picture of me, photographer friend Larry Perez ,and Danny and JohnK from Photobiz!  I had the awesome honor of working with them at the Photobiz booth in Vegas at WPPI this last March.  And I will be there in February 17-20, 2011, as well!  Come visit us!

Just photographed this sweet boy yesterday, sharing a quick peek into our fun session that involved a big red bowl, lots of fruit and a vintage coca-cola crate.  Don’t you just want to pinch him?

Enjoy!

You may remember these sweet gals from little sister A’s newborn session back in December (click here).  I am always amazed at how much my newborns have grown when I see them again!  Mom wanted some summery shots of them, so we went on a little “adventure” to the back and front yards, and had a blast!  Aren’t they gorgeous!

Enjoy!

Meet Miss P, the most sassy little gal that I have met in a LONG time! It took bribery with snacks, lots of games, a lunch break and tons of patience to get these shots (and many more) but how cute is she!?!

The little dress that she is wearing was her mommy’s when she was a little girl, and I have to say, simply precious.

Enjoy!

Meet Rebecca. I have to say, I really adore Rebecca.

She wanted to do her session just she and I, and so we met in a mutually convenient parking lot (Barnes and Noble, actually!), she hopped in my car, and off we went! I had scouted out an awesome location beforehand, and was super excited to use it! Rebecca was a TROOPER, as we both suffered multiple (erhm… probably dozens, actually) bug bites, it was about 100 degrees with insane humidity, just the works. But I’m so excited with her images, they are totally “her”.

If you have a rising senior that you are even REMOTELY interested in having photographed, please get in touch asap. I have VERY limited availability through the fall, but can most definitely squeeze you in before school starts! Now is the time to get your senior portraits done!

Enjoy!

I am still working on Rebecca’s session, however I wanted to share my very favorite so far.

More to come soon!

This is a candid image that I was lucky enough to capture at a recent session….. I am just in love with it.

I don’t do a ton of black and white work, but this image definitely called for it.

Enjoy!

These two little boys were so fun to work with! And mom did such a great job coordinating their outfits! Maybe she read a few of my what to wear articles? :)

Their family picture makes me chuckle, but I just LOVE it (and mom must too, she ordered it in a 16×20!) It speaks volumes about how FULL of personality these two brothers are!

Enjoy!

I have known Jamie and Jay since elementary school, and I was so so honored to have the opportunity to capture their special day for them! Jamie was a gorgeous bride, the weather was perfect (but hot!!) and the day went off without a hitch! Congrats, love you guys!

The ceremony was held at the Log Cabin Church in Smyrna and the reception at the Brawner Hall in Smyrna! Both great venues!

A big thank you to my friend Michelle of A&O Photography for second shooting with me!
